Refilling the Soul: Finding God in Nature

Clearing the Mind and Renewing the Spirit Through Prayer and the Outdoors
When I need to get a refill on God I go outside. I look at the sky, smell the fresh air and feel the wind blow on my skin. I whisper a little prayer, "Sweet Lord, clear my mind of all the clutter coming at me from every direction and teach me to focus on love." It always changes my attitude and restores my soul.
